Projects Director at MTL, Calum MacLean, said: “MTL strives to provide the best, safest and most technologically advanced integrity management services to our clients.
“In 2018 we enjoyed significant contract wins in the UKCS and overseas. As a result of this success we’ve invested heavily in training and, to provide the most efficient service offering to our clients, we’ve trained our offshore supervisors, equipment technicians and naval architects as rope access technicians and authorised gas testers.
“We have also expanded our fleet of bespoke ventilation and power distribution equipment to further improve availability and reliability, and to ensure we maintain our zero-downtime reputation.
“We continue to explore and invest in the development of our PYXIS integrity management system and invest heavily in research to discover new ways of working, developing useful tools and building cutting edge applications.”
MTL is a specialist FPSO integrity and repair management company, providing structural integrity management, on-station FPSO repair, naval architectural, Marine Warranty Surveying, consultancy and equipment solutions.
Mr MacLean continues: “We are delighted with how our team has worked this year and all that they have achieved. 2019 is already looking to be a busy year and we look forward to further investing in our planned new technologies and FPSO integrity management services as our industry continues to test us.”
