Join the team and make a difference
At Marine Technical Limits, we believe that our people are our greatest asset. We’re a team of passionate, driven individuals who come together to make a difference in our industry. We’re always on the lookout for talented individuals who share our vision and values.
Our culture is built on collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to excellence. We offer a dynamic and inclusive working environment where you’ll have the opportunity to grow, learn, and take the next step in your career.
At MTL, team work is at the centre of how we work. Our team has a wide range of specialisms working closely together to deliver complex FPSO repair scopes and provide specialist integrity and engineering support. If you’re looking for a challenging and rewarding career in the offshore industry then MTL is the place for you.
We may not currently have the specific role you are looking for, but if you have the skills we need, particularly in the fields of naval architecture and integrity engineering, and you think you would be a good fit with our culture, please send your CV and covering letter to MTLjobs@technical-limits.com
Marketing & Communications Coordinator
We are seeking an enthusiastic, adaptable and proactive individual with a genuine interest in the evolving digital marketing landscape, as well as a strong interest in learning about and engaging with our organisation and its work. You will be confident in communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external, and comfortable building strong professional relationships. You’ll bring strong written and verbal communication skills, a positive attitude, and the drive to continuously learn – including working towards (or already holding) a CIM qualification if desired. A degree is not essential; professional development can be supported alongside the role.
You will have a solid foundation in digital marketing, including on-page and off-page SEO, content creation, and social media strategy, along with an interest in keeping up to date with emerging marketing trends and tools. Experience with platforms such as WordPress, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, email marketing tools, and Canva is desirable.
There may be opportunities to attend industry events and exhibitions as part of the role. These may take place within the UK and, on occasion, internationally. While there is no expectation for candidates to travel abroad if they prefer not to, the role will require attendance at local events from time to time, and therefore a degree of flexibility will be necessary.
This is a hands-on, varied role that blends marketing coordination with business communications, offering exposure across brand development, digital strategy, stakeholder engagement and internal communications.
