At Marine Technical Limits we take the health and safety of our employees and clients very seriously, and our thoughts are with those individuals who have been impacted by the current COVID-19 crisis.
As the advice and severity of the current COVID-19 situation continually changes, we are regularly monitoring the latest reports and advice from the Government, and other reliable sources, to allow us to take appropriate action in supporting the national effort to flatten the curve.
We have robust processes in place for business continuity and are collaborating with our clients in both the UK and globally to ensure we continue to deliver our services in the best way, under the new conditions. We also have provisions in place to support our employees to work from home and our offices will also remain open, running with a much reduced on-site team.
At MTL we started with a small team who collaborated while working from home for five years and we have always given our staff this option in case of unforeseen circumstances. We will continue to support our employees with daily meetings, offering advice about how to work from home in a safe and productive way, and will support those people who might struggle with isolation.
We will ensure our employees have the most up-to-date information and will continue to have regular open and honest conversations with our clients globally.
If you have any concerns or would like to talk to a member of our team please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
